hi mate, i have a thomson 42" plasma (42ws90e2) the green power light comes on and the tv try's to start but no piture or sound i have taken it to a repair centre and they have said that it needs a new id,ie unit?on the scanboard?any idea where i could source one or are they just sending me round in circles? i would much appreciate any help you couls give me.

| SET IS IN FACTORY MODE, PRESS ESC UNDER FLAP ON REMOTE, PUT SET IN STANDBY, SWITCH BACK ON SHOULD REMOVE IT, IF NOT WILL REQ NEW MICRO. |
