Actually, it came charged. But I've never been able to charge it up. I'm considering an alternative means of charging it since the charging circuit of the portable DVD seem not to be working. Any help on this? |

Battery pack may be faulty. They don't accept a charge forever. |

|
I bought this Exemode Portable DVD PD-720B from a fairly used store here in Nigeria. It came with a battery pack attached to it. The battery pack is rated 12V and was probably attached by the first user. But the charger specifications on the device is 9V 1.5A. The problem began after I used up the battery charge it came with and it lasted real good. But charging it up again has never been possible. The battery just wouldn't charge.
I bought a 9V 2A charger and this never seemed to charge the battery. It only powers the device for use but once the power source goes off, it also goes off with a wheeze indicating low battery even after hours of charging. I bought another charger, a 12V 1A but the device sort of shuts itself off when I connect it. It only responds to the 9V charger. I don't know what to do next. |
