Where do I find the heat sink to check the fuses?

if the convergence wont perform perfect focus you probably need to replace 2 convergence ics.stk394-040. and also check all 3,9 ohm resistors nearby. and lastly you have to check 3.5 amp pico fuses under heatsinks(hidden). then push perfect focus.should fix problem.
