Thanks tkg for fast reply!
No remotes here I guess i could have been clearer... The unit is a surveillance monitor with just 4 button interface. Pretty much like normal TV;s though. I suspect that this is a case of normal wear (3~4 years 24/7 on). But i´ll test it with a known good chassis. |

since you have that problem your best option is put the tv on for while check the main IC to see if its running hot if so change if not, go to maine menu from your remote look for color adjusted from there... |

|
Hello, I have a Sony SSM-14N5E CCTV monitor in witch i need to adjust RED-gain.
Tube seems OK, though little worn (slighly out of focus, but not bad). Red is present only very low, adjusting it should be enough. But as is usual with these newer (2001) Sony;s there are no pots inside to play with. So the qestion is: can i adjust the colours in service menu (and if so, how?) or is this done via DAS (digital aligment software) in which case i can just adjust it with a hammer
Any help is greatly appreciated! |
