classic example of a low crt on a sony, especialy if the background is not black and has a slight colour cast, slight adjustment of g2 voltage may help for a short while.

Dear friends,

I have recently bought the above set second hand, upon powering up the TV I have noticed a fault.

A normal sony TV, upon powering up the sound starts immediatly then after a short delay OSD and video come on.

In my case sound starts up, then OSD present then after 1 minute the video comes on

Cheers
