| Toshiba has had various problems with their remotes in the past. The only thing I can suggest, it is possible that the remote processor is locked up through static discharge.
Remove the batteries, take a paperclip or a piece of wire and short the wire between the battery terminals closest to the center of the remote for a few seconds. Then reinstall the batteries and give it a try. Hope this helps youl  |

| My Toshiba 32AFX61 Television won't recognize my remote any more nor will it recognize the remote to my digital cable box that was programmed to work with my Toshiba Television . It can't be the remotes because neither will work with the TV but the digital cable box remote still works with the digital cable box.
Is there a way for my TV to recognize my remotes again. The Remote that came with my TV is model CT-90047 if that is any help. |
