I have tried searching but can not find the answer

I have a Renault G5 Blaupunkt stereo, i think i have the correct code but have no idea how to enter it.

Can anyone please confirm the code and tell me how to enter it? I know how to get the numbers up but not what to press to confirm it.

The serial number is BP4495S2596409
