Check that the clock oscillator of the tv's microcontroller is running at the correct frequency, and check that the signal from the remote receiver really reaches the microcontroller.
If this tv has two microcontrollers, one at the front panel and another at the main chassis, there is probably a insulated link using optocouplers between them (the front panel microcontroller is then not insulated from the mains, as it must run even in standby mode when the main power supply is switched off). In this chase, make sure that the data link works in both directions.

Btw, have you checked that the remote works properly with another similar tv or have you just checked that it sends some kind of output? In the latter case, please check the remote's clock too. Usually it is controlled by a ceramic resonator which may fail.

sesor receiver is fine and he have 5volts.

Remote sensor do go faulty. Check if you got 5 volts on the receiver.
If you have a scope you can check the wave form on the sensor.
