your best but is to buy the explorer wiring harness for your model year from wal-mart, auto zone, or advance auto, etc... All the wires are color coded, and you can do the wiring outside of the vehicle and then just snap 2 plugs into place and be done.

i have a 93 explorer i bought with the pioneer deck in it..and some humungous boomer box in the back. problem is..the explorer amps in the back are disconnected and a new amp mounted with the boomer box. i have to have the deck up to 30 to hear it..by that time its distorting..so..i slid out the deck and of course its a home install nightmare with spaghetti everywhere and some wires attached, some attached to the explorer plug that was connected to the stock radio..so..im trying to al least find a manual so i can see what wires are what and maybe figure out how to hook it up correctley so i have all the sound back...i dont have the oportunity to come here much and i have no idea how to open a .rar file..nor does my computer..so im hoping someone has it in a pdf file format..if so..can you email it to me [email protected] than you in advance!!!
