| the convergence controls are: for eg. under 6 fine adjustment on the remote use P +- and VOL +- to select square, then mute to lock onto square, then if you just want to adjust that square press - - - (channel select near AV) to select "point". if you want to move the whole line press it again then it says "line"....
Im still after a service manual tho! |

| I'd like a manual, too, if you find one...can't work out the convergence controls.
However, to access the designer settings, do the following: Turn the volume to 0 Press mute once on the remote Press and hold mute again on the remote While holding mute on the remote, press the "Menu" key on the TV front panel A "S" should appear on the screen Now press "Picture" on the remote repeatedly to access the various menus. The first few are dangerous without a service manual, but you will find one that allows contrast, brightness and colour controls...a must for this normally dim TV. Another nameless button (looks like CCTV or something) opens the custom convergence, but I can't work out how to control it and am scared to try without a manual. |
