I have a problem with Toshiba e-studio 35.
It works great,
But it does not completely turn off when main power switch is turned off.

When main power switch is turned off, power light and panel display go off.
But still working other parts

In other words, it has a noise and getting hot inside of machine even though main power switch is turned off.

It has same noise as it turn on.

It has no noise and completely turns off if I disconnect Power plug and connect power plug again.
