| sometimes the solder connections break loose on these faces. the knobs on the volume control and joystick should come off. they are on a bit tight sometimes so you may have to pry on them gently. | |

| (problem with the joystick maybe some broken spring )there are 4 screws in the back of the flatpanel but i cant open it someone knows the trick the button looks too big for the hole
