| Have you tried more than one source? IE does the DVD player have sound? |

| I have found that audio faults can be the most difficult to fix- what you have to do is start at the spkr/s- &check back testing comp- can be right back to tuner/i.f.- good luck on obtaining manual!. |

| Make sure you didn't shut the speakers off in customer menu. |
