It may sound to easy, but sometimes just by turning the machine off for a few minutes and then back helps...If not I found the manual on this website - see http://www.eserviceinfo.com/index.php?what=search2 - or do a service manual search under 3713. If this doesn't help let me know and I will talk to one of our techs about it. (It's a little early (3:15 am) to try them today.)
