Is this the POS you have to take the whole back off to replace the lamp? What you can do is remove the back, look for any flip switches and tape them closed and try and start the set. While the lamps trying to fire you should read about +300 volts DC to the big 2 wire plug on the ballast. I've only work on 2 phillips DLPs. Remove the lamp and look for a multi color wheel. The way DLP's work you get the on command, color wheel needs to come to speed, once this happens the dmd sends a on command to the ballast. |
