Mine did that and the plug was just loose in the back.
I had to make sure it was really securely plugged in. |

Try resoldering the color output IC LM... placed on the CRT board.
If not you most rewritte the Eprom 24C08. |

hello,
to have normal crt color, you need all pins are connected, in this situation of blue tint, means there's no RED Color.
just verify your connector.

Is it a CRT or flat screen monitor?
Do you use analog (VGA) or digital (DVI) connection between the computer and the monitor?
Has the blue tint come abruptly or has the problem become gradually worse during time? |
