Okay, thanks. Since it was shipped overseas, thought it might have leaked/dryed onboard the ship...but there would probably be some residue. Do you think the simo flicker of all three RBG bulbs indicates the power supply vs one of the resistors? |

| Link is bad but, if they were low on fluid, the whole inside of the TV would be wet. There should be 6 resisters. R/G/B vertical, R/G/B horizontal. Usualy around 1/3.3 ohm. |

Will look for those part #s. How many bias resistors are there?
Also, ref this posting: www.pechorin.com/m/2006/05/06/JVC_HV53PRO-261008.html, describes a similar problem. Have you ever heard of these projection tubes needing fluid? How would one check to see if they are fully filled? I don't think that's the problem though as I've noticed that the tubes (all three) flicker irregularly every second or two. Problem affects all 3 tubes so I suspect it must be power related. Sound reasonable? |

| Look on the board. JVC usually puts the pert #'s on the board. |
