Why do you want to erase the error buffer? Notes there does not affekt any funktion of the set. If you necessary must... there is two way´s.
Get a´"DST" service remote (not longer avaible) Or short the service jumper marked SAM on the signal board while starting upp with main switch. Yers ago when I had a MD2.2 chassie to repair so I don,t remember where posision for the jumper is. But it,s placed on ssb.
