| You will most likely have to go to Dell's website and download the necessary drivers for your laptops hardware. The hardware in your laptop is not supported with the basic driver set that comes on the windows XP cd. | |

| I have just replaced a failed HDD in a Dell laptop D600 and loaded XP Pro. The wireless, ehternet and sound drivers do not load as the message returns that they are not required as the devices are not present (they were before the drive failed)
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. David |
