| RCA makes it. I bought it at Walmart. The sells slip has faded beyond reading and i think it is out of warranty. I have searched the internet over looking for service manuals or something that can tell me what the on button blinking 9 times means and have had no luck. |

| I have a problem with my TV. I try to turn it on but nothing happens other then the power button blinks 9 times. Does anyone know what the problem is and/or how to fix it? |
