Hi- am fairly new to this- could someone please do me an enormous favour by posting or suggesting how I can get a service manual or schematics at least for the Toshiba TV 32C3035D. The TV has no picture though it starts up and shuts down after PSU fizzing sound when first powered up. The source (DTV) appears top left of screen briefly. There is sound on all sources but no picture.
