| Very unlikely to find the SL100 as it is rather old/discontinued transistor. There is nothing special about it. It is NOT a MOSFET---just a standard NPN BJT compliment to SK100 which is the PNP version of it.
There must be a good many subs available. Depending on your circuit design/application. you can see it's specs on top two slots of this page. http://www.datasheetarchive.com/SL100-datasheet.html |

Hi i have a few requests 
Does anyone have the data sheet for the SL100 transistor? Does anyone know where this component is offered at retail? Does anyone know of an equivalent transistor? I'm having a hard time finding what I believe is a NPN MOSFET transistor or detailed technical info about it. Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |
