If you have a genuine remote (rather than a universal) AND it's simaler to the Matsui 14V1T which i have
Select a channel other than AV/0
Press PC*AUX, press PC*AUX and hold it for a number of seconds until the tuneing thing appears.
Press OK for the Autotune.
For the manual tune select channel 1 (or whatever to change)
Press I
Press OK
Highlight the "B" option using vol+/vol-
Select UHF using ch+/ch-
Move right until TUNE is highlighted
Press OK
Use Vol+/Vol- until the channel you want is tuned
press i
move to DEC and select OFF
move to S and press OK
repeat for all the channels.
To swap positions find the video you want by using P+/P- on the tuning menu while PR is highlighted, then key the correct number - pressing OK swaps the current signal and the one on the number you typed.

Hi peeps,
Any kind sole have the user manual for the Matsui 14v1r portable TV.
I do realise you have a link for the tuning, but I would prefer if the manual was available somewhere on here
