| SI-3000 series are 5 legged adjustable regs with xtra control pins.
SI-3090's were typically used as 9 volt reg, but depending on your circuit design it may be adjusted for more or less. Sanken & Allegro micro have been merged for some time. here is data sheet http://www.allegromicro.com/skncatlg/regulator/si-3000c.pdf Ray |
