Philips 26" lcd 26pf5520d Philips power supplies are junk. In general, if the scaler/lcd board/or an invertor has failed, you get a flashing LED on the power light. If it's dead, then check the fuses on the psu board, and see if it's caps have popped. There are four electrolytics on the output side of the PSU that are under-rated on most Philips TVs, so these bulge/leak/explode. With respect to any of these sets, power supply caps are a pretty common item. |

Philips 26" lcd 26pf5520d no power to this unit, any repairs that can be made to it? plcd170p2 it is 2 x Relisys RP42120ab both units have power but no picture, both use the dgp420wxga psu and are both blowing fuse 1 on the zsus board 50" relisys power but no picture, no fuses inside blown on this unit Hyundai 4240 had sound no picture, has the dgk420w psu, read about the caps need swopping etc, but cant find any details of the ratings of each one thats needed so cant order any to try this |
