| Should be close but perhaps your replacement transistor specs are not close enough or may have additional problem elsewhere? When substituting, Pay particular attention to Rds, Vgs and Tr on/off.
Also the two drains are tied within the STU407D |

I have to change the IC STU407D. In Argentina there. Instead I put a P-channel MOSFET and one n-channel and I do not work, anyone know why? I have done to replace other IC as the AP4511 and went perfect Greetings and thanks |
