nice to know the manuals are there but u really need to know if this is what has happen first to be honest i think the manaul drawing would be a bit iver the top for me right now do you not need some kind of expierience for reading these drawings

hi i have a samsung plasma and i opened it up i seen an ic on the board with a small burnt mark around it i took out the i.c and its cracked so persume its gone the thing is i wonder if that is the faulty component or is there some thing before it all caps look good and also it was blowing a fuse i have the schematics for this just need some help would an ic cause this problem
