You can always go with higher breakdown ratings provided there is no space issues involved but, try to keep the switch timing as close as possible. |

I got it.. It's a diode. Called D851 in the service manual.. The problem now is that the service manual doesn't tell it's specs... So now I'm stuck...again..

| It appears to be a surface mount fuse. (Do remember Sony using the 32V surface mount fuses on many of their products. Not sure of the amperage value but you could always try 1.5 to 2 A pigtail in its place for testing purposes. what do you read across the device? (ohmwise) | |

| Hi!
I need your help people! I had to change one of the main fuses on my Sony dsc-w7 but now I can't locate the flash fuse! Can anyone help? By the way, the camera is giving error: E:91:01. And yes, I already reset the camera. The camera works fine but when I select "flash on" it tries to charge the flash and then it gives me that error. Thanks in advance. RJ. |
