The repairman told me he changed the module where the microprocessor goes, and the rom memory anterior, but he needs the small rom that has the original info for the tv and he has a problem with the web sites in English.
Does anyone know a part number for this or where to buy it?

| I had a repairman out, he charged me 460.00 told me it was the micro processor, it worked for 6 days, then went back to the original problem |

I live in Costa Rica and the tv repair people here are either not informed or crooks so I need to know what to fix before I call them. I may also have to find the parts in the USA. Here is my problem.
MODEL #VS 70803 <br>My TV, a Mitsubishi big screen, bottom projection about 10 years old. <br>After a storm caused an electrical surge, (surge protector did not work) <br>I get a menu screen. if you try to exit the menu, it turns off the tv, but it restarts all by itself. If you leave the tv on, it shuts off then restarts by itself after about 3 minutes. always with a menu screen. <br>Can anyone help me? <br>Thanks so much <br>Bob <br> |
