| .. thats the same problem ive encountered with my sony mhc-vx777. the display reads "protect, push power". the manual says that i should have to check the speaker wires if its shorted. but the real fault lies on the power amp IC STK 412-150. i replaced it and my unit is now working again. i think, you should have to check your unit internally. |
