| if you changed the eeprom and redid the tuner, then you have regulater ptoblems, replace that and you should be on, but first change the horizonla out put, as thses go bad even though they check good, so if you do that and the problem is still there then change the regulater, carl, if you need further asistances contact me at ,[email protected] | |
