What is the IC's, my television seems to be doing the same thing .. .just happened last night, where can I purchase this part ?

| When I said the top and bottom were not "aligned" properly, it means that it actually cuts the top of the picture off to the point that I can't even line up the convergence crosses on the top. Any idea if this could be related to the IC's that I just replaced or maybe a jiggles something around while taking out the board? |
