| Hola, primero tienes que saber que modelo es exactamente ya que hay varias 6400. Si fuera la 6400-050 para cambiar la fase tienes que sacarla de linea. y luego pulsar a la vez 4 botones que son empezando por la izq. los penultimos y los antepenultimos. Con esto accederas al menu especial que te permitira cambiar la fase, normalmente la fase suele ser 121. espero que te sirva de ayuda. | |

ibm 6400 is oem from printronix. All the hardware is same. For phase adjustment, locate the phase number - usually written on the shuttle assy. Then goto diagnostic, select phase printer and enter the value as written in the shuttle. You must load an a3 size paper and let the printer print..it will print a line of e.g 064 HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH , check if the H is clear and not jaggered, enter value more or less until the you get a perfect H. - usually the phase value in the shuttle should be a correct value unless the shuttle been repaired before. regards jason p.s you must activate the enter key by pressing UP & Down simultaneously. |
