i am looking for samsung service manbual ofr the Televsion. The model num is CS-29MPQ , the problem on this tv is the power is fluctuating on the power supply even though i have measured all the components in the power supply and i even changed the regulator but to no avail. . When i disconnect the voltage trippler which is coonected to the Line Output Transformer, the voltage will be 180v and it will be stable. what shoud i do i have exhausted all my resources pliz help.
