ok me and my friend bought this tv from the store nd our power went out for about 5 mins during a storm and after thtzat for some reason the parental lock activated and its a pawn shpo they dont know any code for it SOMEONE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TELL ME HOW

Note: If you forget your password you can reset it. Make sure the
TV is off. Simultaneously press and hold VOL- on the TV’s front
panel and CLEAR on the remote for approximately 5 seconds. Enter
a new password next time you access the PARENTAL CONTROL
menu.
This all I can find. Usually default is either 1234 or 0000.
