Dear sir,

i have a damaged barcode scanner and i wish to troubleshoot the problem ,

is there a good tutorial on how to trouble shoot an electronic ciruit

also i wish to know how to read the data on the electrolytic capacitor as it appears in this website(http://www.futurlec.com/CapElectroMain.shtml) (the third section SMD)

I don't get it. What data? It's a capacitor.
