Panasonic TH-42PWD3U Service Manual

Hi, I'm looking for a service manual for Panasonic Plasma TV, model number: TH-42PWD3U. I would greatly appreciate if you can help me find one.

I need to repair this TV as the power supply failed on it. I see that IC600 is blown out, but I don't know what caused it to burn.

Please help me to find the component with the problem. It may be something on the power supply board that blew out this IC600 with high voltage.

Any tips or help would be much appreciated!
