My Camcorder --Samsund SDC 903

I have this Samsung camcorder model# SCD 903. That will not turn on. I plug in the charger to charge it, and the the green light that indicates it is charging flashes for a couple of minutes then stop. So it means that charging has stop. But it still does not turn on. Will not turn on even when it is plugged in. Now I did not pay anything for this as a customer gave it to me from work. So if I have to spend a couple of bucks, to get it working again, then so be it. Just need to know what is wrong with it.

Any ideas on what could be wrong with it? And how I may be able to fix it?

I have tried to search on Google but came up with nothing.
