Malfunction Code C-D304, need to unlock Konica Minolta C252

I don't know what the Malfunction code C-D304 means on my Konica Minolta Biz Hub C252 all-in-one printer, and I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is a secret way to reset it. I accicentally made the AC power go on & Off because of a loose Plug, causing this malfunction, & it won't clear, even when left unplugged a long time. I can't wait for a repair tech, but may have to if nobody helps me here. (I am an electronics tech, so I can do what's necessary.)
