and key '9' on RC

Try:
Reset clock (unplug AC). Press both set key [VOL(-)MIN] and RC key [9].

3.Alba- CTV3481BLK

Try:
Press and hold VOL- (tv), then press 6 (rc).

4.Alba- TVD3455

(Maybe some combination VOL- & Nr-button.)

5.Toshiba- 21S23B2
