Can't download JVC GR D30 Schematic

[Novice]

I am trying to download the service manual for a JVC GR D30 video camera. I am not able to get the file to open. I get some message saying I need to have the following volume to continue and the required volume to continue is missing. What am I doing wrong. Also, I just purchase the above video camera, and there is a lens cap error, even with the lens cap off. Does anyone know the fix for that problem, and where are parts available for that unit[/code]
