hi people,
got another problem. have three solar lamps(rashmi, model 6803 of 2006/07) here all with the same problem of not lighting up. when switched on there a very low beep sound and the red light gets on. don't know what's wrong. can't anyone help?

Don't you think it might be helpful if you posted the make and model numbers? Why don't you try the manufacturer's website?

A Brand "ABC" whatever is the same as a Brand "XYZ" whatever?
Just like a Mercedes car is a Chevy car? (then each have a starter in 'em, but you usually can't use starter from one in the other!)
A diode is a diode?
A solar lantern is solar lantern?
You've seen one you've seen 'em all?
