tv would not turn on

My tv is a Bush 142 DVD televison. I turn on my power by the switch on and press on the stand by button on my tv so that the light may come up. Once the light comes on, I press the CH+ to turn on the tv and it dosen't turn on. I kept on trying and trying but it dosen't work unfortunately.

It could be horizontal transistor failure or stand by circuit failure, check them first.
