acer aspire 5710g service manual pls.

would anyone pls have acer aspire 5710g technical manual as I need to open and replace heatsink fan. My attempts to open from the back (4 screws) does not seem to free up the panel for lifting it out.
Any suggestion/s would be much appreciated.
