CTC185 wont start RCA TV

it trie to start and just cycle 3 times and goes off

I changed eprom, soldered tuner and changed some diodes found on interent that cousin the problem

if you changed the eeprom and redid the tuner, then you have regulater ptoblems, replace that and you should be on, but first change the horizonla out put, as thses go bad even though they check good, so if you do that and the problem is still there then change the regulater, carl, if you need further asistances contact me at ,[email protected]
