HITACHI HA 610 Integrated Amplifier

I have a HITACHI HA-610 Integrated Amplifier that has its Resistors at
R25, R24, R26 getting " Cooked ". This happens after I heard TWO clicks
instead of ONE after I turn ON the Power sWITCH. The Protection Light does not Shut Off but still Lighted !!
Anybody knows what could have happened ? Is it the OUTPUT Section Short Circuit ? And anybody have the SERVICE MANUAL,
