Is it possible to ground a two pronged plug? Or can one modify a two pronged plug into a grounded plug? |

Why would you want to do this ?
In what country do you live in ? The electrical power connectors vary from country to country and also the regulations related to the grounding issues. |

A two prong power plug means that the device is double insulated and either requires no earthing or is earthed via signal connections to other devices (ie a CD player is earthed via the RCA cable into the Amp)
Any attempt to earth the device directly will either be dangerous or produce some unwanted effect such as earth loop hum, etc)
Whats the reason for your question? - are you having some problem with a piece of gear that your trying to correct? - if so you might need a different solution -maybe explain a little more fully.
