quick question on projection tv`s

i have a projexction tv philips 60PP9202/17F previous tech replaced the primary power supply, to cure a dead set but ive found that both convergence i.c`s are missing, the set has no high voltage but the relay clicks, my question is would i get high voltge startup if both convergence chips are removed?
