GRUNDIG T55-1010 says protected--PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Due to our electric shooting on and off our tv now just has a blue screen and flashes PROTECTED.

We don't have a code, but how on earth do I fix this???!

Any help will be EXTREMELY appreciated!

Not tried this myself but...
You could try:
Turn on so the screen says "protected"
Hold "vol-" (on remote control) for 5 seconds
Switch to standby on remote control
Press "7" on remote control for 5 seconds then release and straight away press "standby" button.
