transistor test does this reading look correct ?

just a quick question regarding testing 2 transistors

transistor 1 is a Silicon PNP Epitaxial Type.

multimeter set to diode function

red probe to base, black to collector: measures 647

red probe to base black probe to emitter measures 655

reverse probes does not measure a reading.



transistor 2 is a Silicon NPN Epitaxial Type.

red probe to collector, black probe to base measures: 654

red probe to emitter, black probe to base measures: 660

reverse probes does not measure a reading.


do these look like they are good transistors and measuring ok ?

The transistor junctions you tested are GOOD. But what about Collector to Emitter? Should not measire a reading either polarity of leads.
